BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing MNC Holidays. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from MNC Holidays.
All bookings are subject to the availability of flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Schedule

40% Advance Payment at the time of booking.
30% Second Installment as per the payment schedule provided by our team.
30% Final Balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to departure.

Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
UPI
Debit/Credit Card
Online Payment Gateway

(Transaction charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.)

The following documents may be required for processing your booking:

Valid Passport
Visa (where applicable)
Government-issued Photo ID
Passport-size Photographs
Travel Insurance (if required)
Any additional documents requested by the embassy or airline.

Booking confirmation depends on successful payment realization.
Airfare and hotel rates are dynamic and may change without prior notice until confirmed.
Early booking is recommended to secure preferred hotels and flight options.
Any special requests (adjoining rooms, meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
