Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all travel packages offered by MNC Holidays.
Package Pricing
The package cost is based on 2 Adults and 1 Infant unless otherwise specified.
Any change in the number of passengers may result in a revised package price.
Government taxes, visa fees, and airline surcharges are subject to change without prior notice.
Hotel & Flight Confirmation
Hotel rooms, flights, transfers, and sightseeing services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be offered.
Passenger Information
Passenger names must exactly match the passport.
Any spelling errors or incorrect details may result in airline penalties or denial of boarding.
Passport details should be submitted at least 30 days before departure.
Name Changes & Amendments
Name changes after ticket issuance are subject to airline rules and applicable charges.
Changes to travel dates, hotels, or itinerary may attract additional costs depending on supplier policies.
Payment Terms
Booking confirmation requires a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost.
The remaining balance must be cleared 21 days before departure.
Payments should be made in favor of Eco Planners, payable at Bangalore.
Child Policy
A valid Birth Certificate is mandatory for travelers below 18 years of age.
Child pricing depends on age and hotel occupancy policies.
Hotel Policies
Check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotels.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Premium hotels such as Atlantis The Palm follow dynamic pricing and confirmation policies.
Travel Conditions
During Ramadan and local festivals, entertainment, alcohol service, and operating hours may be restricted.
Some attractions may remain closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or government regulations.
MNC Holidays acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, airline operational issues, or force majeure events.
